Which documents can be prepared
The service can identify and prepare the scope of a statement of defence, objection to a payment order, appeal, interlocutory appeal, application, administrative appeal, court-clerk challenge, enforcement filing, residence-related document or another Polish filing supported by the uploaded materials. The catalogue is not a closed list and the user does not need to guess a Polish procedural label.
The first stage analyses the requested result, source document, procedural position and available evidence. Where the correct response depends on instructions, service date or missing pages, those points are identified before payment. The service does not guarantee an outcome and does not replace individual advice where the complete file and strategy must be assessed.
Language of the description and communication
The matter may be described in English. Write what happened, what result you need, which dates matter and which documents you have. Follow-up questions, the initial assessment and transactional communication are shown in English. Polish legal terminology is not required at the entry stage.
The interface language does not change the language of a document used in Poland. A filing for a Polish court or authority is normally drafted in Polish so that it can be checked, signed and filed in the relevant proceeding. An English reading copy may help verification but must not be confused with the controlling Polish version.
Files that should be uploaded
Upload the complete court letter, decision, demand or enforcement document, including instructions and attachments. Preserve the envelope, electronic delivery confirmation or other proof of service. Add earlier submissions, contracts, payment confirmations, correspondence and evidence connected with the result sought. The form accepts up to eight files with a total limit of 35 MB.
Do not remove pages because they appear administrative. The case reference, operative part, instructions, attachment list and delivery markings can determine the correct remedy. If a document is missing, state that explicitly. A reliable assessment should not replace absent pages with invented facts.
Why the final document is in Polish
Polish courts and authorities conduct their proceedings in Polish under the applicable rules. The standard result for a Polish matter is therefore supplied as a Polish DOCX and PDF. Before signing, verify all names, addresses, dates, amounts, requests, allegations, evidence and attachments.
Foreign-language evidence may need a Polish translation and, depending on the document and proceeding, a sworn translation. The drafting process does not assume that every foreign document can be filed without translation. Any uncertainty about admissibility or form should be resolved before submission.
Price and delivery
The initial identification of the required service is free. Before payment, the user sees the proposed document, page count, scope and complete amount. A simple AI draft may start at PLN 5 gross per page, while a more demanding standard draft is generally calculated at PLN 10 gross per page according to the classification of the matter.
The standard delivery includes editable DOCX and print-ready PDF files and one revision within the same scope. No subscription or mandatory user account is required. Any optional additional service must be selected separately and is not preselected.
Documents requiring urgent deadline verification
Particular care is required for appeals, objections, interlocutory appeals, residence decisions, enforcement complaints, orders to remedy defects and applications to the European Court of Human Rights. A deadline should not be calculated only from the date printed on the first page. Effective service, court instructions and the applicable procedure must be checked together.
Using the service does not suspend a deadline. Individual review is recommended where the deadline is close, the matter concerns criminal liability, family rights, immigration status, significant financial exposure or an incomplete source file. Preserve proof of service and the full document before choosing a procedural step.
